Registration and Payment

Interested attendees to the Ph.D School "Italo Gorini" 2018 are requested to download the application form (PDF, doc), fill it out and send it to ucesaro@unina.it by May 1, 2018.

The total number of attendees is limited owing to CERN hosting structure.
The CERN Hosting Structure offers hospitality in twin rooms.
In particular, once the CERN hostel reservation quote will be saturated, a further limited number of participants without overnight is available. In the case that requests for participation exceed such a number, the Scientific Committee will select the participants. The selection process will give higher priority to Ph.D. students which are GMEE and GMMT members.

The acceptance of applications for admission will be notified via email by May 7, 2018.

Students admitted to the PhD School are required to register no later than May 21, 2018. The payment of the participation fee can be paid only by bank transfer, in accordance with the instructions reported in the following. Registration will be considered complete only after receiving the copy (or the CRO) of the bank transfer by ucesaro@unina.it to be made by May 21, 2018.
